In Memoriam - The Tudor House in Santa Monica

This restaurant and store TheTudorHouse.com were founded in 1962 and closed on Sunday June 22, 2012 on its 50th anniversary. From what I heard on the Public Radio interview of the owner was that it was founded to serve the large British population that lived in Santa Monica at that time. It was successful and there are a lot of reviews on line.  However, Santa Monica, became more expensive and lots of the Brits left for other parts so that resulted in less patrons.
