REPOST FOR THE NEW POPE - Argentinean Food

I watched a FoodChanneltv show yesterday and got all interested in Argentinian food.  Ingrid Hoffman's show from 2008.  Learned a lot about the country which is a mixture of Spanish, Italian, German and other European cultures as well as African and a large part native Indian.

Recipe and how I changed it to fit one or two persons:

Changed recipe:  Used 1 pork chop. Could easily do 2.
Ingredients for marinade:
3 TBSN evoo
1 TBSN dried parsley
1&1/2 tsp dried cilantro
1/2 tsp. dried cumin
Forgot salt & pepper.

Ingred. For sauce:
1 tsp. Dried oregano
1 TBSN fresh lemon juice
1 TBSN sherry vinegar (substituted 1 TBSN balsamic vinegar& 1/4 tsp agave syrup)
1 & 1/2 tsp jarred minced garlic
1 TBSN dried parsley
1 & 1/2 tsp powdered cilantro
4 TBSN EVOO
Blend in mini blender.

Cut in half & store in 2 baby containers & freeze.
