HERE IS EMERIL'S CAJUN JAMBALAYA.  

NOTE:  His food always has too much salt in it including his over the counter spices. I eliminated the 2 TBSN salt altogether in the Cajun Seasoning.  

There is sodium in the following ingredients in the recipe:

**Worcestershire sauce

**Regular chicken stock (I used low sodium chicken stock

**Sausage
