PRODUCT REVIEW: Kraft Velveeta Cheesy Skillets Dinner Kit - LASAGNA

LASAGNA - PASTA WITH CREAMY CHEESE SAUCE AND PREMIUM SEASONINGS

Photos below review:

It's not about the money but it really is.  1 pound ground beef plus package mix costs anywhere from
6.99 to $8.99.  That sounds high but we got some on sale.  See this link for prices of beef in North Carolina:  http://www.ams.usda.gov/mnreports/ra_lo101.txt

Cost of Velveeta Cheesy Skillets in Walmart:     $2.36
Cost of Velveeta Cheesy Skillets at Kroger:        $2.84

We paid $4.00 for the beef on sale and $2.40 for the kit which comes to $6.40.  (Says on box 5 1 cup servings).  $1.30 per serving.

1. Food is supposed to smell good when it is cooking, like sauteed onions, etc. It didn't.
2. This dish was disgusting!! It tasted terrible. (see below for photo of ingredients)
3.  We served it with salad and ate a lot of that!!!!

I would not ever buy this again nor would my husband and because of this experience we aren't fools and we will never try the other products listed on the box:

  • Chicken and Broccoli
  • Ultimate Cheeseburger Mac
  • Chicken Alfredo
  • Chili Cheese Mac
  • Creamy Beef Stroganoff
  • Nacho Supreme
