If you like a cheese that has a LOT of flavor then try this one!! I suggest serving it as one of the cheeses in a tasting. Pair this cheese with a Cabernet Sauvignon or a Pinot Noir or any red wine you like that has a lot of body so the wine won't be eclipsed by the cheese.
