PRODUCT REVIEW: Lean Cuisine Five Cheese Rigatoni

I would not buy this product again. Once was enough!! 

  • I followed the cooking instructions as per container
  • I even cooked it 15 seconds less.
    • Prick plastic
    • Cooking time was 3 minutes on high
    • Stir and replace plastic covering
    • Cooking time was 1:30; I cooked 1:15
    • Since there were 5 cheeses in the casserole the tomato sauce should have been redder and sweeter to counteract the sodium salty taste
    • The sauce tasted sour
    • The five cheeses were not distinctive
    • And the pasta was hard. See hard rigatonis in container
    • Please note 510 mg of sodium per container which is 1/3 of recommended sodium per day
