INTERNATIONAL: Bread of the Week 49 - French Pain d'Epices for the Holiday - Several recipes and video

COMMENTS:   If you have never had a piece of Pain d'Epices then you haven't lived!!  Some call IT GINGER BREAD (it isn't).  You won't eat gingerbread again after you have this.  Originating in Reims, France it is also very popular with its neighbor Alsace!!
